I’ve always been fascinated by how robots, machines and cars work. That interest grew during my time as a robotic welding programmer and inspired me to return to school to pursue a degree in Mechatronics at Greenville Technical College.

While technology is my passion, my family is my motivation. Growing up, I didn’t always have the support and stability I needed, so providing a better future for my loved ones drives me every day.

Balancing school, family and other responsibilities can be challenging, but I’ve learned to stay focused and make the most of every opportunity. After earning my associate degree, I plan to enter the workforce and continue my education through Greenville Technical College’s Bachelor of Applied Science in Advanced Manufacturing Technology program.

This scholarship has given me more than financial support—it has given me hope. It eases the burden of paying for college and allows me to focus on my education and my future.
