Founded in 1973, The Greenville tech Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization separate from Greenville Technical College but operates for the benefit of the college and its students.
Building Bridges of Education
The Foundation began as a response to a need of providing a quality college education at an affordable cost to reduce financial strain for those seeking higher education. We provide financial support to both the college and its students beyond state and local funding sources. These funds are accessed through charitable contributions from businesses, industries, foundations, organizations, and individuals in our community.
We believe in the power of community and equity to give everyone the opportunity to pursue their dreams in higher education at an affordable price. Our mission is to provide resources to Greenville Technical College and its students through fundraising, collaborative partnerships, and innovative programs. By expanding access to education, we ignite personal transformation and contribute to the economic vitality of our region.
